• Items should be returned undamaged with all the tags attached, and the  original packaging included. Damaged products will not be accepted and  not eligible for returns.

• Return shipment is applicable if the product is defective only.

• If the jewelry is out of stock, and placed as a new order then you are not eligible to cancel the order.

• Any customized order, if cancelled, the amount you paid will be converted to credit note.

• Once the jewelry is ready, editing the order such as cancellation is not acceptable.
